  Server was lazy and not helpful. The food was good. Shakes are always great and pricing is not too bad. But bad customer service always puts a bad taste in your mouth.

  They are so busy it takes a long time in the drive thru. I'm sure they bust their asses. The food is good though. That's worth at least four Stars. This location is crazy busy. Be careful driving. Oh, and you can make a right at a red light. Just in case you are from up North where no one knows that rule, appearently.

  I just left there, I got to the drive thru and waited long enough to the point that I was driving off when they answered, I then asked for a minute because I hadn't bothered to look at the menu and have only ate here probably twice.. then I ask a question and nobody answers, I say hello like four times then they repeat go ahead with your order, so I order then I ask for a cookie dough shake since it's ON THE MENU AND I DON'T EVER EAT HERE and their response is "um we don't have cookie dough and we haven't had it in like over a month now."..... WELL EXCUSE ME, applaud you for your HORRIBLE customer service. I know it's frustrating, I managed a fast food place which is even more frustrating but it's not my fault. You need to learn to be professional no matter what job it is you have. Shame on you, I'll probably never come back now. Then I ask for extra ketchup and they look at me like I have two heads and then repeat it back to me? Jesus come on man .. get some good people working for you, definitely need to have a talk with night crew!!! It was a female. And they were all just standing around except for the two boys who were taking the garbage out when I pulled in.
